These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Taya777 ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at taya777.cam ("Platform"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of all services, features, content, and functionality available through the Platform.

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the taya777 Platform, you unambiguously accept and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to any provision herein, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

• "Account" The registered user account created by a Player on the taya777 Platform to access gaming services.
• "Balance" The total funds held in a Player's Account, including deposited funds, winnings, and applicable bonus credits.

To be eligible to register an Account and use the taya777 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You acknowledge that online gaming may be regulated or restricted in your jurisdiction and that it is your sole responsibility to ascertain the applicable legal position before using the Platform.

Each Player may hold only one (1) active Account on the taya777 Platform. The creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances being forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method. You are obligated to keep this information up to date at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. Taya777 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. Any suspicious activity must be reported to our support team immediately via live chat.

Your use of the taya777 Platform is subject to the following conditions at all times. Failure to comply may result in Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, or permanent ban.

• You will use the Platform solely for personal entertainment and will not use it for any commercial, professional, or systematic advantage-seeking purposes.
• You will not use any software, tool, robot, script, crawler, or automated system to interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly authorised by taya777.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive the source code of any component of the Platform.
• You accept that all gaming outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems and acknowledge that no outcome is predictable or guaranteed.
• You will ensure your device and internet connection meet the minimum technical requirements to run the Platform; taya777 is not responsible for gameplay interruptions caused by your hardware or network.
• You will not share your Account with any other person or allow any other person to access the Platform through your Account.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise stated in an active promotion.
• Taya777 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods previously used for deposit and in the Player's verified name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Taya777 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal as part of our KYC obligations.
• All funds on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Where a Player uses a payment method in a different currency, conversion rates applied by the payment provider will apply.

Taya777 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions below as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion.

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players who have completed KYC verification and who opt in to the respective promotion as required.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each welcome offer once only. Duplicate accounts used to claim bonuses multiple times will be permanently banned and balances forfeited.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and may not be withdrawn directly. Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements vary by promotion (ranging from 10x to 35x the bonus amount) and must be completed within the validity period specified in the promotion terms.
• Taya777 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided to affected players where practicable.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated. Where multiple bonuses are active simultaneously, taya777 will specify the order of wagering priority.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the taya777 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of any balance (including winnings), and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities. Taya777 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or unfairly disadvantage other participants.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus offers through strategies designed to generate low-risk withdrawable profit without genuine recreational play (including "bonus hunting" and matched betting on casino games).
• Technical Manipulation: Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or technical error to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal for legitimate transactions. Any Account that initiates an unjustified chargeback will be permanently suspended.

Taya777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide tools that allow Players to manage their gambling activity, including:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their Account through the account settings panel.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration reminders to help manage time spent on the Platform.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, taya777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity;
• Service interruptions, technical errors, or delays attributable to circumstances beyond our reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Actions taken by third-party payment processors in connection with deposits or withdrawals.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, taya777's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Taya777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity;
• Provision of false or misleading registration information;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months — subject to our dormant account policy;
• Compliance with any legal order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.

Upon termination, taya777 will return any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account, less applicable fees, within a reasonable timeframe, unless the closure is due to fraud or a material breach of these Terms.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which taya777 is licensed and incorporated. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably through our customer support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction.

You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your own jurisdiction, including those of Malaysia or any other country from which you access the Platform.

Taya777 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice by posting a notice on the Platform or by contacting you directly via your registered email address.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
